We have a full Line of Brick Oven Bread baked daily from our coal-fired oven. Some of our Large Bread offerings include French Baguettes, round Panela Semolina, Wheat bread, and Ciabatta. We also have a large selection of rolls from short Italian, Hero Italian, wheat, poppy, sesame seeded and Ciabatta. We have stuffed bread including olive, pepperoni, sausage, and prosciutto, and spinach made with brick oven bread and stuffed with homemade mozzarella.
Vitos offers a complete variety of Italian pastries including filled to order cannolis, lobster tail, sfogliatella, pasta Croce, tiramisu, pasticcciotti, mini eclairs and cream puffs. Holiday specialty pastry St. Josephs Zeppoles, sfingi, and Struffoli(honey balls).
Our Italian Cookies include rainbow cookies, almond cookies, pignoli cookies, Biscotti, Annisette Toast, Anis Drops, Nutty Scare, Fig Cookies, Cocagnoli, Sesame cookies, Quaresimali, Pepper and Fennel taralli also a large variety of Butter cookies, Anisettekies, and Linzer tart.
Large Desserts include Italian Ricotta Cheese Cake and New York Style Cream Cake, Tiramisu, Cannoli cakes and Fresh Whipped Cream Desserts as well as large selection of layer cakes from carrot to red velvet to Oreo crunch over 14 varieties.
Morning items include individual or large danish (perfect for the office) that are available with cheese, pecan and almonds. Also a variety of apple and blueberry tarts and turnovers, muffins and croissant and donuts. Everything you come to expect in a full line specialty bakery.
